Discus and support I read the FAQ myself... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So, i get a copy & paste of the FAQ and that's it?     I read the FAQ myself...


    So, i get a copy & paste of the FAQ and that's it? I just want to know if my 10250 credits pending for payout will be converted any time soon, because I earned them on 5th and 6th of May and now it's the 1st of June and I still got no payout in my local
    currency to my account.

    I was able to request a payment for credits a few days before I earned the 10250 Cr, they got converted and payed out to my Account, but now I'm waiting and nothing happens.

    Could someone please tell me what's happening now? And please not just Copy & Paste FAQ...?

    My mistake. I should have read the FAQ. Apparently this hasn't changed yet.

    Hello GainDamage,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    It looks like this issue may have recently been cause by activity on your account where you used currency in another region from your Rewards region (DE). This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access
    the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
