    Some.regions have anti.spam call measures

    The only way around it.is support chat

    Or a VOIP app

    Not receiving security verification to gmail...

    Also there were no recent changes.

    When I was hung up on 4 TIMES, with no call backs the system would not let me call again, saying I reached a limit.

    This is the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced.

    Hi! I'm receiving the same error for 2 weeks already. Trying to reach out customer service from the Netherlands regarding my Xbox that got serviced Tried calling the phone line support the voicebot sends me online. Tried everything online only to be sent to a page to insert my phone number only to receive : "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later." It's unacceptable that there is no other way to contact Microsoft.

    I honestly had a terrible experience with customer support, my console is still defective and i called customer service and set up an advance exchange. First i been told it will take 5 working days, 1 week and i have not received anything not even an email
    about shipping the console, on top of that i been lied to on each time i called customer services. Terrible customer support and i hope i will never deal with them again
