I put in the password and unlocked the assignment, but it's still dim for me. Which sucks because I just pulled off a 840 meter headshot with my sniper and it didn't count towards it

The damage increases as you get farther away up until a specific point.

At 0 meters away from yourself it probably does 70% damage

At 10 meters 90%

At 20 meters 100%

(These numbers aren't accurate but you get the idea).
