Hi I purchased xbox one s at the end of November but have yet to receive the 50000 points that were meant to be awarded with purchase. Please advise, thanks

I didn't receive the 50000 rewards points on Xbox rewards I can send in a receipt I have the Xbox one s we purchased already but no mention of those rewards points

Since your purchase was made before being a Rewards member, we cannot award that purchase. We can only award activity done while being a Rewards member. Furthermore, the 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since your registration date was made
after the offer went live, and users were selected, you would not have been chosen for this offer.

Hi shooter. The free game is from the Microsoft Store, so you'll need to reach out to them if you don't receive it. The 50,000 Credits will be awarded 15 days after shipping. Since your purchase was made on the 15th, it will be about another week and a half.

The link just takes you to microsoftstore.com. It is not specific to the promo. The email you use is what ties the purchase to your Rewards account.

As long as you made the purchase using the same email address as the one you use for the Rewards program (there's no way to sign into your Rewards account on microsoftstore.com), the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

The free game would have been included with whichever console you purchased.
