    I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but only have the base edition in my library....


    I bought the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but it downloaded the base version. It shows the purchase in my Microsoft account and I tried re-downloading it. It did not work or show any add-ons. How do I get the edition that I paid for? It is a thirty-dollar difference in price.

    I have a similar issue,

    The process for acquire the ultimate edition for Xbox series x (buy It on preorder, xbox+ diablo base edition) was as folllows

    In game, on shop I purchase a 2500+300 platinum first and then a 200 platinum.

    In game, purchase the ultimate edition with platinum.

    Current version says base edition install on xbox (74 GB download)

    If i check ok Xbox store the available editions, show the price for purchase.

    Anyone know whats going on?

    I bought the ultimate edition how come i didnt get anything other than the game itself? I never recived any of the DLC items.

    I baught Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition and never got the DLC items from it. I literally only got the game. I did check purchase history like you suggested and its shows i baught the ultimate edition. Im supposed to get items for Diablo 3 and Immortal as well as an item for WOW.

    there is only one version of the game, you can also install the base game of Diablo four, as I believe virtually all of the bonus material is account-based as opposed to download it assets

    Everyone gets the base game, it's just a package of DLC that makes it ultimate
