    Did not receive the code of Quantum Break

    Hi,

    I had purchased Quantum Break for Xbox one on March. It says that if i purchase pre-order for xbox one, i could gget free code for
    Quantum Break for win 10. And until now, I did not receive the code of Quantum Break to unlock PC version. So, how can i get the code?

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
    10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    If it has been past 10 days, be sure to let us know so that we can look into this further. Thanks!

    Did the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle you purchased come with the download code, or a disc copy of Quantum Break? That bit of information will help us a bunch!

    Just a heads up, the Windows 10 code for Quantum Break is exclusive to those who pre-ordered the game digitally through the Xbox Store or redeemed a game code before the game's release (Before April 10th in US, Canada, and the United Kingdom).

    In order to receive this items, you would have needed to pre-order Quantum Break through the Xbox Store, or redeem a code for the digital version of Quantum Break before April 4th, 2016. When did you purchase/redeem Quantum Break? You can check the Microsoft
    Commerce     page to see the exact date.
