    Just like the title says, I was charged for the full game a second time. Now that I am trying to reach support, my options are to talk to a robot and this. Calling appears to be currently unavailable.

    You made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and someone needs to get in contact with me right away.

In making sure you will be able to get in touch with the right team that can assist you with billing concerns, we will provide the steps on how to contact support including troubleshooting that help you get going.

    no that's not what i was referring too i already purchased battle pass but the vault upgrade gives you the battle pass for free with it so would i get my cod points i used to purchase it back if i upgrade or will i be wasting 1100 codpoints
