I purchased SSX, but it's not available for download

Hi everyone.

A few weeks ago I tested the waters of backwards compatibility by purchasing the Dark Souls DLC (Artorias of the Abyss) on the Xbox website; almost immediately, it appeared in the "Ready to install" of my Xbox One dashboard.

Yesterday, however, I purchased SSX in the same way, and yet it hasn't appeared on my Xbox One. The transaction has appeared on my credit card account, and the Xbox website shows the words "Already purchased" on the SSX page. However, even when I go into
the SSX hub on the Xbox marketplace (on my actual console), it asks me to purchase the game.

I'm not sure why the two purchases have turned out so differently. My only ideas are: (1) The credit card transaction is still listed as "pending", though I think it would have done the same for the Dark Souls DLC; and (2) The letters "US" appear in the
transaction rather than "AUS", despite the fact that I was definitely on the Australian marketplace (and $69.95 seems an unlikely price in US currency).

If anyone can shed some light on this matter, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Purchased BFBC2, but it's not in my download history

If the game isn't showing in your history, and the phone agent can't find a record of it on your account, my guess is that it was accidentally purchased on a different account. No matter what the case is, forum support would refer you to phone support for
matters of account and billing. I'm sorry for all the hassle.

 

Purchased BFBC2, but it's not in my download history

I purchased Battlefield Bad Company 2 back in May 2010 with a 4,000 MS points card that I redeemed. I only have a 20g hard drive, I needed more room to install a game so I deleted BFBC2. When I went to my download history to download it again the game does
not show up. So I went to the marketplace and now it shows that I never purchased it, it shows that it costs $40 instead of saying "download again". I called customer support and they said there's no history of that game being purchased nor does it show that
I redeemed 4,000 points, it also doesn't show up on Xbox.com download history. The rep says there is nothing he can do. This is the only gamertag I've ever used so I didn't buy the game on another account. Has anyone ever had this problem and gotten it resolved?

I can see from your
Xbox.com profile that you recently unlocked some achievements in SSX. Are you still experiencing issues or were you able to sort it all out?
