    The title says it all.

    I've already tried:

    Reinstalling/restarting the app

    Reinstalling/restarting services

    Changing network settings

    Rebooting PC

    Repairing and Resetting the app through Windows Settings

    It's worth noting that in the "show hidden icons" menu, I can right-click the app and it can open the store, but the sign-in buttons don't work and I can't install it through there as the app just stays on the blank grey screen when I click Install.

    My current OS is Windows 10. I recently got a new CPU installed.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing No Man's Sky on your PC. Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying the following:



    1. Clear the cache of the Microsoft Store app. To do this, open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R, type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes), and press Enter. This will clear the cache of the Microsoft Store app.



    2. Check if there are any pending Windows updates. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates". If there are any updates available, install them and then try installing the game again.



    3. Try installing the game on a different user account on your PC. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your user account.

    None of these fixed the issue. Xbox app still infinitely loading and the Microsoft Store install button can be pressed, but it won't install or do anything.
