I purchased NBA2k20 about a month ago, and have yet to be able to play it. The screen goes black then shows no signal. Now today it's doing the same thing with Hulu, but not with WWE Network. Now you have a disclaimer saying don't give personal info such
as email address, then when you hit enter; you ask for my email address. This is very frustrating.

if this is happening on a Xbox One console then please try these steps:

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

In regards to the personal information part, that is related to not giving it out to other people etc.

If it's on Xbox Live to sign in to your account Xbox Live will need it so you can sign in to your own account on Xbox Live and the console.

They discontinued the ability to purchase a 12 month subscription from Xbox about 2 years ago. You can still purchase 12 months as a prepaid code from retailers.
