    I purchased mw2 and not even a month later it says i need to purchase it again.


    I bought modern warfare 2 and payed $60 now the game says i need to purchase the game again... but i have proof that i purchased it. You can SEE that i have purchased it Dec 25th. I just had wifi internet install in my house just so i could play. Please help me im very frustrated and i dont want to have to buy it again!! I won't buy it again....

    Sorry for being unclear and yes, search them through Microsoft Store.

    Make sure that you're also using the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased.

    When I scroll down to add-ons it only shows content pack 4? And you said look them up one by one, would I do that in the Microsoft store?

    If I may ask, is this a disc game or a digital game?

    If this is a digital game, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed". Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

    "REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

    If this is a disc game, follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
