I purchased Minecraft for both the Xbox One and for the PC but only have one code

I purchased Minecraft for the Xbox One and for the PC before the deadline if October 18 but I only have one code and I used it on the Xbox. I was wondering if there was a way to either transfer to the account or the code to my PC from my Xbox or if there
was a way to get another code.

Somethings I think should be known, I have both accounts under the same Gmail, I tried (and failed at) tech support, and am generally out of ideas.

The Game is Add in Your Account and you using your accont in Both system you can access the game in bouth. I one day Buy the Gears of War 4 to my pc before I have Xbox and today I can Access the game in both system too

Should be able to sign into xbox live and play it using play anywhere.

Both items you're showing in your pictures are for the Xbox. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition was renamed to just Minecraft after an update several years ago (which is the one you see showing as being free). The PC version would be listed as Minecraft for Windows
10. If you still have the codes you received, you would need to redeem the one for the PC version. If you don't still have the code, you would need to purchase the PC version in order to play on the PC.

- As I stated in the original post, I purchased the Xbox One S 'Minecraft Edition.' I own the game through a digital code.

- "The PC version was provided as a code I believe so you can redeem that to any account."
- The code in my purchase history simply says "Minecraft for Windows." If it was a PC-only code, then why was I able to still access Minecraft Windows edition on my Xbox previously, but cannot do so now? The way I see it: I got a game with my Xbox to play on my Xbox, Microsoft buys up Mojang, gives me a code to play Minecraft on my PC, then takes away all forms of me playing Minecraft on my Xbox. Does this make sense?

It has to be a Play Anywhere title to be able to purchase it for one platform and play it on both. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title so no matter how you purchase it, if you buy it for the console it'll only work for the console. If you buy the PC version, it'll only work on the PC. If you want to play it on both, you would need to purchase both the console version and the PC version.
