I'd like a refund.

I recently purchased Xbox Live for £5.99, however I noticed it took two payments, I'm not happy with this, as it took two payments of £5.99 when i only needed one, and I really need that money back as it was taken by mistake, I'd like an urgent refund please.

hello Radial,

So what it sounds like is that the payment option on your account doesn't allow online purchases, or allow Microsoft charges on the payment method.

I would contact the financial institute and ask if they allow these options and if they do I would call the 1-800# on the back of the payment method it self and ask them the same things.

Xbox Refunds Request page to request the refund. Unfortunately we do not have the necessary tools to process refunds through the Forums.
