    I purchase from store on 2020 around the games store offer Insurgency Sandstorm.? I was just waiting on the Beta release but the game either got pushed back cos of Covid i think No ones heard a thing from Devs.? I not heard nothing about my refund nobody on my xbox message to say a thing But yous are happy to take our cash .Please explain whats going on I still want this game I keep checking to see if or when it be here.? Someone just contact me from Australia about it he was on the PC version which they supposed to be always updating. Really Strange.?

    Since it was purchased 2 years ago, it would no longer be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only eligible on purchased made within the past 14 days and played less than 2 hours. You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything else. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
