Try giving it a couple hours, to be more specific up to 48 hours. In those cases exists 3 possibilities:

1. Game pass subscription is going to be enabled in your account if you're able to see the transaction in your Microsoft account order history

2. You're going to receive the money back if more than 48 hours passed and nothing is reflected in your Microsoft account order history

3. You can try asking for a refund if you're able to see the transaction in your Microsoft account order history and the subscription is not active after 48 hours

Hi Georges yes I have been checking my account constantly and the purchase is not there it's been 6 days since they took the money 3 times and told me over the phone that it was pending but it's not pending nor showing that purchase but my bank shows it there and I still don't have the dlc or my money as I said I have screenshots of the money taken but not refunded or an item to show for it I'm very frustrated right now.
