    I purchased For Honor Gold Edition and have not received of the Digital Deluxe Pack in the game


    I rented For Honor yesterday from Redbox to see if I was going to like the game. I returned it today 2/20/17. I purchased For Honor Gold Edition from the XBOX Online store from my Xbox and and everything downloaded. I loaded the game to play it and it's
    not showing me as Champion Status (7days), no scavenger crates (2), and I am not sure about the emblems or Ornaments. Can you help me. Thank you in advance.

    I haven't received a game code to recive my packs in nhl17 super deluxe edition and madden17 deluxe

    i purchased nhl17 super deluxe edition and the madden17 deluxe edition and haven't received and of my complimenty packs for buying the special edition games. I also haven't received a code to redeem the packs

    My Gold Edition For: For Honor, doesn't work, it just gave me the standard edition, why??

    I recently bought the gold edition for a new game called For Honor, and all I received was the Standard game, the season pass, and deluxe edition both did download, but I got nothing in-game.

    This is doing my head in, so if your reading this please help me, the game was also purchased on the Xbox.

    To start, please check under Games & Apps and verify that the Digital Deluxe Pack is installed for For Honor. If you press the menu button on the title, you can select 'Manage' and verify the attached content. If the pack is installed and you still don't have
    the included features, please check out this
    Ubisoft post and follow the steps they've provided for contact. Let us know how it goes I purchased For Honor Gold Edition and have not received of the Digital Deluxe Pack in the game :)

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.
