I purchased Diablo IV ultimate and when I went to download it is just the standard game...

If it says Ultimate Edition on your account's order history, I can assure you that you have that version. The downloadable content should be available to access in the game once you play it. Like, for example, the mounts can be accessed in Act Three of the game.

I have the ultimate edition according to my receipt. Shouldn’t there have been more downloadable content along with the game too. All I was able to download was the game itself.

If it is completed there, you definitely have the Ultimate Edition. It just shows you that you are launching the base game and it uses the standard version cover of the game. You should be able to access the downloadable content included in the edition when you play through the game.

Thats great i purchased the standard edition or forza horizon 4 and purchased the ultimate upgrade as separate dlc packs

i got a download code of the game when i purchased my one x i was just worried i would lose £30 worth of dlc

Once you successfully pre-ordered it, try downloading or accessing the game again. Be sure to restart your console.
