I purchased credits and never got them but was charged!

My daughter purchased robux on the game roblox on two separate occasions but i never received the credits, but my bank was charged!!! I opened four tickets trying to explain the situation but Helen T. From xbox support basically told me tough [mod removed],
we wont help you. I asked either to credit my account for what i paid for, or refund me my money and Helen refuses to assist in any way other than closing the tickets. I have been ripped off. I wonder how many other children are getting ripped off in similar
ways. Xbox support litterally wont talk to me or answer my questions. I am not gonna just hand over money. I never thought a company as large as Microsoft would act this way towards customers that have been loyal for years and have spent hundreds if not
thousands of dollars on their products! This is wrong!

yup, its literally happened to me about 3-4 times now and Microsoft wont do anything about it!! They are stealing peoples hard earned money, I would have never thought a billion dollar company would do this to there customers, but they do!! I hope theres
at least 1 Microsoft employee that reads this and has the heart to stand up and fix this problem!!!

I have filed two separate reports with roblox and never received credits or a refund. Microsoft charged my bank so i went to them hoping they would fix it, but, here I am. Im gonna call my bank next and file a fraud report over this.

That is wrong! I suggest you go to https://www.roblox.com/support and fill in a report if you haven't done so already. Please be sure you include the following,

Roblox Username
- If Xbox One App - also send Xbox Gamertag. Note: Gamertags are case sensitive.

Date of Purchase
Product Purchased

I never said they were XBOX Live transactions. They were for purchases from Microsoft made online. The first time it happened I applied for a card only to use with XBOX Live. Two years later fraudulent charges started. The second time I used a credit card
I had for over 10 years without a problem. One year later the fraudulent charges started. The first card only had 1 charge for Microsoft Purchases of over $1000. The second card had one charge for over $1200 to Microsoft and then 6 days later a charge for
another online retailer. I have four credit cards that I have had for over 10 years. I have never had any fraudulent charges on any of them. Do you think it is a coincidence that the only two credit cards linked to an XBOX live account ended up with fraudulent
charges? Is it also a coincidence the both cards had large Microsoft online transactions? How about when I call support about my account and they never confirm or deny that someone got my credit card info when I ask.them. Nothing is impossible, I think the
hacking community has proven that over and over.
