I purchased Cats and Dogs for Sims on one profile, but not available in on the second profile.

Hi Everyone,

My daughters are playing Sims 4 and subsequently bought the "The Sims™ 4 Cats and Dogs Plus My First Pet Stuff Bundle" on one of their profiles in order for them to play. It works on the profile it was purchased on, but it is not working on my (the main unrestricted profile) and it is also not working on the second daughter's profile.

How is the licensing working for this, must it be purchased on each profile even though it's the same Xbox Console?

We have bought similar add-ons like the Werewolf pack, and that does not suffer this issue. It is available for everyone using that console.

you would have to confirm this with electronic cards, but the vast majority of downloadable content is not shareable, especially on games where downloadable content is the chief source of revenue like the Sims

Please ensure the profile which purchased the DLC has set the console as their Home Xbox. This must be enabled in order for it to be shared across different profiles on your console.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalisation, and then select My home Xbox. If you see the option 'Make this my home Xbox.', select it.
