i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

Look up my account and provide my credit!

Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

You would only get the points for a purchase during the promotional period, unfortunately.

Well that's the thing, I had seen the tab for the points before I purchased the Xbox one x so it must have been in the promotional period?

In order to get the credit for the consoles, you also would have needed to purchase them DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points. Reward points for past purchases are not retroactive.
