I purchased an Xbox gold membership and it charged my account twice and the membership isn't ...

I bought 3 months redeemed the code fine and then downloaded a game from games of the month no problem and chat works fine but i can sign into any games it redirects me to but more gold and says i need to upgrade my privliges to play

There are two people still listed as live family members, yet I am suddenly not. And yes, we were sold a gold family membership last October that was supposed to be good till January 2015, on top of what was left on ours current membership. Infact, it looks
as the "main" acct holder was charged twice over two days for the gold family membership plus charged a 1 month gold membership.

It should be activated right away, It is still showing you as a silver account right now. Where did you purchase the membership.? If you go to My Account and then go to Billing History and see if you were charged for the membership. If you were charged and
you're not showing as a gold member I would suggest contacting Xbox Support;

charged for another year (on the new card), I would be charged for a standard Xbox LIVE Gold membership. Basically, I was trying to purchase the new membership NOW, so that when it went to charge the new card for another year, it would charge for a standard
Xbox LIVE Gold membership. However, the only option being given to me to select is an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack. Maybe it is a bug. If the next option I'm given here doesn't work, I'll contact phone support.
