    I purchased an in game pack. The charge came out of my account, but the pack did not process onto my game. The game was Disney Magic Kingdoms with Gameloft. I contacted them, and said it was not on their end, but Microsoft's.

    Yes same problem here. Purchased a dlc pack for a game and my account was charged, but the content did not download. Hopefully this will be fixed

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please verfiy the purchase by checking your Order history by going to account.microsoft.com> Order history.

    If you see the order there as "Completed/Purchased" it means your purchase was successful.

    And to check it in-game please sign out your account.

    Relaunch the game and then sign in.

    Kindly check it inside your game because in-game pack will be added there.

    You can also give it 24 hours in order for the purchase to sync to your account smoothly.

    Do you have to use the official Xbox one play and charge kit?

    I used the official one for the 360 and it was crap. Mine and my brother's charging kits did not work so I went with Energizer's charging station which came with two rechargable battery packs for $35.
