    Hello, I am allowed to contact you for an extension problem. We bought through the xbox one x the Forza Horizon3 extension pass which included Blizzard Mountain and Hot Weels. Blizzard Moutain works but unfortunately not Hot Weels knowing that we see appear
    the two sites (hot weels and blizzard mountain) on the map of the game. As soon as we go to the hot weels site, he asks me to install the extension hot weels !!! I try to install it and finally it brings me back to a black screen where nothing happens. Could

    Hello, this is my son (biloute67) who has the extension blizzard mountain and hot weels. I am forced to uninstall one of the two extensions to play the other. Is this normal?

    Unfortunately there is no way to get a discount unless it's just something that's onsale or replace any part of the pass.

    Do you own any of the content on disc, and can you post a photo of any errors or messages you are seeing when trying to access the content?

    We have not heard of that being an issues, no.

    Could you post photos of the error messages or a video of what is happening so we can get a better idea of what might cause it?
