    I purchased an add-on on Xbox 360, but it gave me the wrong one.


    I purchased the "Challenge of the Gods" add-on for the game "Outpost Kaloki X", but it's not showing up in my Xbox 360's download history as the correct add-on. It's showing that I downloaded one of the free add-ons called "Bounty Hunter" which I already had installed for months. My order history on Xbox.com shows that I purchased the "Challenge of the Gods" add-on and it's even playable on my Xbox One X, but on Xbox 360 it just isn't there. The "Challenge of the Gods" add-on did show up in my Xbox 360 storage as an incomplete download, but I deleted it, and when I go to the store page on the Xbox 360 marketplace it's as if I never bought it, but it did take the $1.25.

    Purchased 99.00 digital download that is supposed to give me both 360 and xbox one versions but can't download it on 360

    I've also just gone to download on my 360 as I though it gave you licence for both consoles (purchased on my Xbox One for £54.99) but it wants to charge me £49.99 :-/

    well i used the Internet Explorer installed on the Xbox One (waiting for Christmas to get my PC), but going into the Microsoft store and finding Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, it still won't let me purchase it saying "Not available" on the red box where you
    should press purchase which leaves me in even more frustration.

    Having this problem happen to me makes me feel that microsoft scammed me for my money and gave me the wrong product which makes me feel that i shouldn't even touch the microsoft store ever again.

    hearing from my friends they were able to get Minecraft Xbox One Edition for free as they paid for MInecraft on the Xbox 360 (i may be wrong, they told me this yesterday and i kinda forgot the conversation) and i don't know for the reason this problem is
    happening is because i brought the wrong Minecraft and it's refusing to allow me to buy the other Minecraft, relates to my other aruguement, why is there two Minecrafts? Why can't it just be one Minecraft by itself? well anyways i hope an official microsoft
    staff see's this post.
