I have tried the same thing on my account and the same message pops up saying that I need to purchase xbox live even though I oay for xbox live.

I was having that message pop up all last night while playing 'Zoo Tycoon'. I couldn't load up my friends list as it would give me an error. I tried purchasing/renting "Rush" from the Xbox Video marketplace and it wouldn't bring up a payment option, but
I got another error.

I tried all of the steps and when I went back to the new Series X and launched the Game, It did not give the pop up that says "Syncing Data for Spyro" or provide any prompts. It just loaded the game normally. Any other suggestions?

I’m having the same issue, bought it yesterday evening (Nov. 16th) for my kids on their account for their Xbox Series S, achievements pop up on screen but I get the same “achievements not supported error” when trying to view, and can’t even view the game on my Xbox Phone companion app.

I tried installing it fresh on my Xbox Series X, same issue. I tried uninstalling and re-installing on their Series S, same issue.

I've tried both of these solutions and neither of them worked, there is no trail message that pops up when starting the game or anything, it is only a banner on the game tile itself although of I remove the disc then start the game it does pop up saying its a trail to then when the game loads up I can't play anything until restarted with the disc inserted.
