I purchased a texture pack and it won’t show on a different platform.

I had purchased the natural texture pack on the Nintendo switch platform, and when logging in on the ps4 version, it didn’t pass over my purchase and forces me to purchase it again? I need help to fix it, I don’t wanna be stuck on the switch tryna use a texture pack I purchased

My name is Mauro and am glad to assist you. We are sorry for this incident but this kind of add ons or dlc's can't be transfered from one platform to another it is not allowed. Some user claims that they have perform this changes from one platform to another and this is not technically not officially possible.

As far as I know texture packs do not transfer between different platforms. If you want them, then you will have to pay for them again.

I could be wrong but I think all the platforms for minecraft are updated at different times and the texture pack could be only apart of the most recent update

Hi there,

I believe your previous texture pack purchases were unique to the platform they were purchased on. Not the best news, but I believe purchases like that are tied to the platform they are being played on as what runs well on one may not run well on another.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. That is a great question. Minecraft can be played on several different platforms. The Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows 10 and iOS all support the game. The downloadable content purchased for each platform does
not transfer to other platforms. Hence, if a texture pack is purchased on the Xbox 360 it will not work on Xbox One or Windows 10. Be sure to keep us updated!
