    I purchased a new laptop yesterday


    I purchased a new laptop yesterday and unbelievably managed to download most of my games, email and facebook accounts. However when going into Microsoft solitaire it came up with the account that my husband uses and his profile. No matter how I try I cannot find my account Batedpenguin or even start up another account. I would appreciate any help. I am **** at computing so please speak 'idiot proof'. Thanks and take care

    I purchased a new laptop yesterday

    It is possible that your profile is not linked that email address. However, you can log out from that account following the steps below. Then it should allow you to either log in or create a new account.

    1. Open the game from the start screen.
    2. Press windows Key + C.
    3. From the charms bar choose settings.
    4. Under settings go to accounts and sign out.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The issue I have is that clicking the Microsoft solitaire button it comes up with my husband's profile which is attached to me as he doesn't have an e mail account but I can't find my account. Even thinking of starting from scratch with a new profile does not work as I can't find how to do this. Take care

    • Are you facing any error message/codes when trying to create a new account or log into your account?
