    I had purchased a Minecraft account in 2023 and haven’t been able to log in or use the account since the day I made the account. I had tried to resolve it and get a refund back then but had no luck. So now I’m 2025 I am asking for a full refund for my purchase.

    Refunds have to be requested within 14 days of purchase. It would be well past eligibility to get a refund for that. You would also need access to the account.

    I already wrote to Mojang support and this is what they answered me:

    Thank you for replying to this. But the thing is I tried recovering it this way but they mailed me back this "As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended.

    If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support." So I went and contacted microsoft support, I went to microsoft support, and now I am not able to create a ticket or open a live chat, there is no option for me.
