    I have the card and the figure with me, I have the code and everything. I don't understand the reason why it's redeemed, if I haven't redeemed it, I've been collecting all of them and this one has already come out redeemed, any reason or solution?.

    You would have to contact McDonalds, as they are responsible for distributing working codes
