I purchased a game under the wrong profile.

Hello Asali2003, unfortunately there is no way to move a game from one account to another.

You can set that account that bought the game as the main one on your console,(Home Console) and then share the game and it will play through the right account, or you can request a refund for the game and then buy it from the correct account.

To request a refund of your subscription you will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for the refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

So purchased digital games are profile specific, correct?

Therefore if I buy a game like SIMS under my profile, my daughter couldn't play it under her (different) profile even though it's on the same unit? correct?

Logically the two statements are mutually exclusive so one has to be wrong:

Statement 1: Other profiles attempting to access a copy of a game that was already registered under another profile must pay a fee, otherwise games could just be mass distributed via a single copy.

Statement 2: There will not be any fee involved with the purchase of used games.

They could possibly both be true if "fee involved with purchase" does not mean "fee involved in activation of the game".

In the past when I had a similar problem I was logged into the wrong profile; make sure you're logged into the profile that the games were purchased on..
