    I purchased a game here at Xbox Games Store for my xbox one and i cant find it in the ready to install! Any suggestions? The game I bought was cod 2(I mentioned this because I was wondering if it might have been a problem with the game...

    Remote downloads not working

    I recently entered a code for COD WW2 onto xbox.com and despite all the settings being correct on my Xbox One S the game didn't automatically download nor did it appear on my Ready To Install tab in My Games and Apps.

    I had to find the game in the store to download it.

    Also I have purchased Gears Of War 4 and used all codes for the previous 4 Gears games on Back Compatibilty yet cannot find them on ready to install or games tabs.

    Yes. If you purchase on 360 or Xbox.com , the game will be available for install in the Ready to Install section on your Xbox One.

    I'm also having a problem with the backwards compatible 360 Arcade title Dead Space Ignition. I purchased that game in October of 2010. It does not show up on my Ready to Install tab. The listing for the game on the Xbox One store shows that I need to
    pay for it, but the Xbox.com listing shows that I have already purchased the game. For some reason, the representative was unable to find a record of the game in my purchase history.

    Hey there moritz!

    Let's give your Xbox One a power cycle by pressing down the Xbox button on your controller and scroll down to settings and select the option to Reset your Xbox One. Once you start your Xbox One up again, check to see if the title is showing as part of your
    Ready to Install list.

    If it's not showing there, please attempt to "purchase" the game here on Xbox.com instead to see if that helps your access to the game.

    From the steps you outlined, I assume you meant restart and not reset my console. I've done the former, but the game still doesn't show up in "ready to install". I also made sure it's not hidden.

    Moreover, as described in my OP, if I try to purchase the game on xbox.com, I just get the message that I've already purchased the game. It also shows up in my game library on xbox.com.

    Any other ideas? Thanks!
