    Hello, my name is Renato and i purchased a game from Xbox Live and when i start the game it does not work

    is on a game start screen and you can not do any action besides and my xbox gets stuck. How i contact the microsoft or have some support for this?

    The game is Bonderlands and it was purchased 18 of november 2018.
