    points are not loading cant buy games

    i have purchased 2 1600 microsoft point cards the first one i purchased i used to
    buy kenect party and hidden in plain sight after that i went home i tried to buy a new game with my money
    (11$ left) and when i went to buy a game it said
    i had no microsoft points,so i tried redownloading my account that didnt work so i thought if i got more point it would give my my previous points as well but it did not once i redeemed the points to my account i checked my
    points i still had 0 mc points.

    Also i dont have xbox beta if thats a problem.

    How did you make the purchase? In order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/paypal purchases are not eligible.

    Hello BESTorNOTHIN,

    Since you did not make that purchase with your Microsoft Account as the payment method, it was not your first Microsoft Account purchase and did not qualify for that offer.

    i had 10000 points purchased on my acct...apparently someone got into xbox's system or something because i have been looking online and a lot of people are starting to come forward about points games etc being purchased that they didnt buy.

    Not to add fuel to the fire but, Ms points maybe discontinued or converted to real money soon so, MS maybe setting up for the change over. Just a bit of speculation on my part. You may want to ask in the REWARDS Section for a more detailed response. GOOD
