    I purchased a few things and non are showing on my statement .


    I have purchased a few things the last few months and non of them are showing up on my rewards statements . I was wondering if some one could help and get my credit put onto my account. I have purchased FIFA 17, destiny rise of iron, call of duty points,
    even pre ordered the new call of duty but non have shown up on the statements.

    I purchased the movies 'fences' last week but it is not showing up

    I purchased fences last week, the movie, and it is not showing up on my statement nor did I get credited for it. I purchased it from the movie store via my xbox one. After checking my statement for the current month and the previous 3 months i does not
    show up that I purchased it.

    None of my purchases are showing up on my rewards account. I have a total of 20 points and I've purchased a lot of things through/for Xbox Live.

    I can't get a straight answer out of anybody. This is my last resort. Hopefully I can get some help here.

    You are registered as a Great Britain Rewards member. Therefore, we can only track and Reward purchases made with GBP. Purchases made with a different regional currency are not eligible for Rewards.

    I do not but I got an email that my payment couldn't be processed Wednesday and did it again for the same exact purchase, and my bank statement shows 2 pending for the series x and I even showed support the statement

    Didn't receive Zen

    I had the same thing happen accept what really P%$%% me off is microsoft isn't showing I purchased it even though I was charged for it. It shows up on my card statement and the amount and date but doesn't show up on microsofts end. Not showing up on Neverwinters
    end either. I will never purchase anything for this game again. Thank god it was a small amount. Hope everyone else gets their money back or at least the zen.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Since you recently obtained your first star, you can expect payback for your eligible purchases this month to be placed as pending halfway through the following month (January).
