Discus and support I purchased a DLC that isn't showing as owned in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm revisiting Dragon Age: Origins.     I purchased a DLC that isn't showing as owned


    I'm revisiting Dragon Age: Origins. I had this back when it came out on 360 and purchased a good majority of its DLC. Worth adding I am playing this with backwards compatibility on Xbox One. However when I am looking to reinstall the DLCs I purchased back
    on the 360 its saying I own pretty much none of them except the ones that were a code packaged in when I originally got the game. I know without a doubt I purchased these but the store is trying to make me purchase these again, I am not able to simply install
    them. How can I get to this content that I know without a doubt that I HAVE purchased.

    They were not on disc, my worry is that since this was back in the day of using Microsoft points my account only shows buying points not the specific DLC. But on the side note if you like DAI, try the first two, not only do I prefer them but it adds a
    LOT of context to inquisition.

    Were the missing DLC's on a disc? If they were then you might need the disc with the DLC on it to get them back. Other than that I would contact https://support.xbox.com/ for further
    help or someone else might have a better answer. I myself am a big fan of Inquisition but I haven't played any of the previous games sadly.

    for some reason that link will only bring me to a blank page. but yeah I just checked on DA2 because I similarly bought many of those DLCs and they're all available to just download straight away. I'll get in touch with support tomorrow when they open
    back up i suppose.
