    I Purchased a disc of Elder Scrolls Online and it will not read.


    As said I purchased a BRAND NEW ESO hard copy and my Xbox will not read the disc. I have inserted other games to see if there was an error on the hardware. There was not. So after a hour on the phone with support they sent me to contact an admin here before
    they assist me further! Did I waste my money? I've been a Xbox gold member for years!!

    Still not working

    Pretty sure you can play if you are using a physical disc. I can play Destiny off disc but not Elder Scrolls online which is downloaded.

    Hello, yesterday I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrade at 19.99 euros and today I bought The Elder Scrolls® Online: Mise niveau Summerset - Prepurchase at 29.99 but The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrade is included in the one of today.
    I do not find that normal. Thank you for making the refund The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrad at 19.99.

    If your console is able to read other discs without issue issue then it sounds like the disc may be faulty and you should return it for and exchange where you originally purchased it from.

    Before you exchange the disc please be aware when you first install this game it requires the console to download a very big game update.
