    Double check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure it shows the game here. If not, then it may have been redeemed on a different account and you'd need that account.

    No. That game includes single player so you can play it without Gold. If you want to play it online, you would need Gold.

    I paid $49.99 for forza Horizons 4 at Target a year ago.......now I have to pay every month just to play it? And if that is the Case with PS5, I wouldn't pay for that either.

    If should be in your library under Games and Apps listed as ready to install. You can also check for the game in the store and it should give you the option to install it from there.
