Your receipt and/or the card have a number to call to get yourself a new code.

Where did you purchase the card?

Check on account.microsoft.com to be 100% sure it was not added. If it was not, you should reach out to the retail store you purchased the code from to let them know that they sold you a code that already has been used.

With regards to Hitman (which I was also looking forward to) and others like Mirror's Edge, they aren't available for purchase through the Xbox store digitally in South Africa, that's why those had to be replaced with other games.

In the case of Dante's Inferno it is available for purchase digitally here so I have no idea why it's been replaced, this is the first time something like this has happened since I've been subscribed (December 2015).

i have had the xbox one since nov 22nd 2013 and can tell you all, yesterday (xmas day) has been the slowest downloading day of all time for me. i have super fast fibre but downloading any games i purchased digitally resulted in 1.8Mbps download rate, the
servers must have been getting battered as normally i get a down rate of 38Mbps when downloading games.

I am having the same issue with my xbox disconnecting at irregular intervals of anywhere between 5 and 40 mins. my computer and my laptop are not having any issues with my IP and i have not had any issues in the time i have had it which is only about a month.
My xbox live account has been working fine until yesterday 17th March 2012. It is extremely frustrating the only reason i got the xbox 360 was to watch FOXTEL on it for the 2012 AFL season. It has been working fine up until yesterday.
