I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live on a promo that should give me a bonus 3 months, but my account doesn't show it.

How do I know if I get 6 months in total?

Hi, I participated in a promo on my Xbox home screen that offered a free 3 month code with a purchase of 3 months. I purchased the first three months in January of 2018 and still haven't received the code yet! my xbox live is set to expire in a month and
would appreciate it greatly if I could get a code sent to me!

3 Months Xbox Live with Bonus 3 months

I purchased 2 x 3 Month Xbox Live codes during the buy 3 months get a bonus 3 months free.

I'm yet to receive my bonus codes, when I raised the issue with live chat they pointed me here.

Can you please assist?

Hello, you can check details of your purchases here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

There you will be able to find all details about how long the subscription will last.

Hey there OllieChapman!

So you can totally check out your subscriptions on account.microsoft.com but you can also check it out on the console itself if you're currently signed into an Xbox One for future reference.

If you are, then try going to Settings>Account>Subscriptions
and it should show your time there.

Do you mean a dashboard deal and how did you buy it

Did you use a prepaid code if so tthats the issue

Ij order to get such deals you must make the purchase on the console

If you used a prepaid code it wouldve been the deal youbought at pos not when you entered the code

As it counts as a priir purchsse
