I purchased 3 games and a bunch of dlc... havent seen any of my rewards for them

Hi i purchased a few games (battlefield 1 standard edition, call of duty infinite warfare legacy edition, batman tell tale games) and a few dlc items... its been a couple weeks since my first purchase and havent seen any reward credits on anything... whats
going on with that?

I recently purchased a bunch of stuff on the xbox store and i havent gotten any rewards credits. where are they?

i've buyed a bunch of games since the Xbox rewards launch and havent received any rewards at all.

Call of Duty would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard as long as it was a preorder. You would need to purchase 2 other games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

There have not been any offers Battlefield or Batman in the past couple of weeks. If you qualify for VIP rebates, they would be part of your rebate for October (if Battlefield was a preorder it would not count). Rebates are calculated after the end of the
month and given by the 15th of the next month.

so you no longer get points for every purchase unless your vip or doing a punchcard like you use to???

Call of Duty would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard as long as it was a preorder. You would need to purchase 2 other games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

There have not been any offers Battlefield or Batman in the past couple of weeks. If you qualify for VIP rebates, they would be part of your rebate for October (if Battlefield was a preorder it would not count). Rebates are calculated after the end of the
month and given by the 15th of the next month.

my vip rank is actually one star... and no points are posting... not even survey points

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding your Credits, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
