    I understand you need help on your game problem. Let me help you with that.

    Just a heads up, this normally happens when the game is not fully installed and most especially when DLC content pack 1 - 4 has not yet being installed.

    Please go to Games and Apps.

    Look for Call Of Duty and highlight it.

    Once highlighted, go to Manage Games and Add ons. Look for content packs 1 - 4 then make sure you install all of them.

    Once done, try the game again.

    I bought an Xbox game through Amazon and now Xbox says I don’t own it

    After uninstalling the game I’m now unable to reinstall it. Xbox says I don’t own the game and won’t let me install it without purchasing it.

    — Did you purchase the affected games on Xbox, or PC?

    — Do you want to play the games on the same platform you used to purchase them, or for example, you purchased the games on PC and want to download them on Xbox?

    — Could you tell me the name of the games affected?
