    I was promised a Ea access code with my preorder and I haven't received it and it's been ten days.Please help.

    I preordered fifa 17 via the fifa 16 app and it said I would receive my ea access code within 7-10 days and still haven't received it

    Codes are sent out 7-10 days after you purchase the game. If you don't receive your code by the end of the 11th day please create a new thread to let them know.
