i preordered dragonball xenoverse 2 on the 22nd

i preordered dragon ball xenoverse 2 on the 22nd of October it now shows released and i didn't get credit for it nor did i get my rewards. this isn't the first time its happened also happened with dying light. i feel like I am constantly getting ripped out
of my rewards.what is the point of the program if constantly don't get rewarded. i spend a lot of money on games and would like a reward every once in awhile.

I preordered the digital deluxe version of dragonball xenoverse 2 but i did not get the free char. black goku and the conton pole vehicle.

I preordered the dragonball xenoverse 2 digital deluxe game for xbox 1 and did not get bonus char black goku or the free conton city pole vehicle.

 

The purchase should count towards your games on demand punchcard (it takes about 96 hours for the punch to show). You would need to complete that offer in order to receive the credits.

As Smwutches says, purchases take about 96 hours to be processed. The only way to receive rewards for a digital pre-order is through the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of 3 eligible titles to complete, so you would not see Credits
for your single purchase. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP.

I reviewed your account for a Dying Light purchase. We do not see any purchase of Dying Light for your account, which is why you did not receive any Credits for that purchase. We do see a season pass purchase, but no game purchase.
