    I preordered Divinity Original Sin 2 but didn't get the pre-order bonus


    I preordered the game on august 13th back when it was in Game Preview and I finally played it yesterday when it officially released. But Sir Loras, the Squirrel Knight the companion dlc character wasn't where he was supposed to be. So i checked the Microsoft
    Store and it showed that I could buy the dlc that i should already have.

    No Reward for Buying Divinity: Original Sin 2 While in Game Preview

    There was a trailer for Sir Lora the Squirrel saying that if you pre-ordered the Definitive Edition of Divinity: Original Sin 2. I bought the game while it was in Game Preview back in May, because I'm pretty sure there was no pre-order version on Xbox
    One. I was wondering if the pre-order DLC has had delayed distribution, or something along those lines. Thanks in advance for helping.

    Can you locate the DLC in My Games and Apps > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage Game > your DLC is listed there. Download the DLC and then push START on your game tile in the dashboard and then Quit. Then restart the game.

    i just tried this and it doesn't show the dlc only the game.
