I preordered Call of duty Modern warfare III and i went to cancel my preorder, but didn’t...

I’m currently having the same problem. I tried to update call of duty modern warfare, but it refuses to update. I canceled the update and uninstall the entire game, I am even went as far as to factory reset my Xbox. But to no prevail I am unable to install
call of duty modern warfare.

To request a refund for your preordered game, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the following link, which contains a form you need to fill out with the required information:

2. In the field where they ask you which item you want a refund for, please write the full name of the game. You can find the order number for the purchase/preorder on this website:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

3. After you've filled out the form and submitted it, you will receive an email with the decision regarding your refund request within a maximum of 72 hours.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Beta. The Beta is live and working.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

You missed the mark with this feedback also you should probably read the information before you reply next time. It literally states on the Modern Warfare 2 bundle that you if you preorder now you instantly get the UDT Ghost Bundle, available for use in
Call if Duty: Modern Warfare, Including Warzone. Also the comment didn’t help with the issue. Please read what the issue is first before auto-responding with something that isn’t a true answer to the issue.

The Open Beta is available for preorder customers in both Early Access and Free Access periods. It's free, available on all platforms, and hosted over two weekends. Digital Edition preorder customers don't need a Beta Code, while physical edition preorder customers receive a Beta Code.
