I preordered but havent gotten it

So in August i pre-ordered Fifa 23 ultimate. Because of the pre-order incentive, i was supposed to get the game yesterday (September 27). I look into my games and see i havent received it yet. Can someone help me,

First, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check your order for the game, if it's successful you should see "completed". Once confirmed, simply follow the steps below to install the game:

Go to "My games and apps" > Full library > Owned games > Locate the game and install it from there.

That's what I'm doing too.. $10 for 2000 points is a bargain.. if I ever get the points. They claimed it was still going at 5pm yesterday but I preordered at midday and STILL havent gotten the points.

If you preordered digitally, you will automatically have access and will not need a code. Otherwise, the code would either have been on your receipt or would be emailed to you by the retailer you purchased it from. You would need to contact the retailer
for information on getting the code if you havent gotten it.

I have preordered it off of the Microsoft store.

I believe this could be due to shortage of staff

because of COVID-19, as far as I know this is way beyond the average response time which is normally a couple days or so in normal conditions. I may be wrong, I would suggest that you send a follow up email to them. I am not entirely sure...
