    I preordered a game in june, but now today on the release date it says I dont own it even...


    So today is the release date of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle R. I ordered this game in June at it released at September first 2022 8:00am and when I arrive home it needs an update, so of course I update it. After updating the game I load it up until it says I have to own this game?! So I restart my Xbox and try multiple times, again again...What do i do! its stressing me out because i spent 70 dollars on this game...

    It says the order was declined in orders..Even though money was tooken from my account...Should i call xbox?

    Double check http://account.microsoft.com to make sure the order was completed and not cancelled. Keep in mind that if you preordered with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they're not able to charge you at that time, the order gets cancelled.

    I preordered it. I have a sickness when it comes to CE. The 30th is just a place holder date as zeni hasn't released the actual release date. I could even see it getting pushed past June depending how the PC launch goes.
