I preordered 3 games and did not get my $15?

Hi i preordered these 3 games the last one Dead rising 4 does not show as preordered was wondering what went wrong.

1) Call Of Duty

2) Dead Rising 4

3) Titanfall 2

Not getting my rewards with preorders

I preordered 3 games on my xbx1 yet on my rewards page the counter for the preorder 3 and get 15,000 rewards points says I only did 2 help!!!

There were no offers to receive 15$ just for that game. There is the games on demand punchcard that will award 15$ if you preorder 3 eligible games. The credits will be given after all 3 games are released.

My EB lets you put down 5 bucks no matter if you get regular limted or epic , and that applies to any game. MK preorders for the kollectors edition and toruney edition only had to put 5 bucks on those too.

Must be new because i remember i had to put 15 on halo 3
