I preordered 2k24 physical copy and it still isnt here

When it comes to following-up orders purchased from the Xbox website -- https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/nba-2k24#purchaseoptions -- you need to contact an Xbox representative via phone or chat. Please use the link below to contact such a representative.

These representatives are the only people in Microsoft with the tools and expertise to retrieve data on orders. They should be able to provide you with more information about the status of your order and when you can expect to receive it.

Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.

Preorder a copy from Gamestop, get the beta code, and then later cancel the preorder.

This is what I did. I don't want a physical copy either.

Did you preorder digital or physical copy? If it was a physical copy then it is included in the game case. Digital copy, you will need to go here
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and choose chat with Microsoft support
