    I prepurchased spiderman no way home and it was supposed to come out 2-28-22 and it is now 3-3-22 and it wont work. I cant even delete it to try to get it to start ocer it just won't work.

    Movie hasn't been released for streaming by the rights owner, at the time of the preorder there wasn't an official date, just recently has been announced that will be on the 22nd of this month

    Hi, so I recently pre ordered Hogwarts legacy, I have an Xbox Series X, only l problem is my dumb self got the Xbox One version, will that mean that game won't work or will look worse?

    It should still work...it just won't look as good as the XB1 doesn't have the power of the SX/S. Of course, if you ordered the XB1 version, you won't be able to play till April 4th as that's when that version releases

    As to refunding and getting the pre-order bonuses, I wouldn't have thought so as the game is no longer in the pre-order stage so any purchase now would not be a pre-order

    pre-ordered games are purchased within 10 days before release so by refunding it now you just won't purchase it. you didn't already buy it

    That code should work for your region. Are you attempting to purchase a pre-order bundle? Any console purchase is eligible for the Credits, but the expedited shipping code only works on non-pre-order consoles.
